1. The Service

Mods Center provides a directory of community-made mods, launchers, themes, scripts, and a patcher tool for HyperOS and AOSP-based ROMs.

2. Login

You sign in via Telegram Login. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect. You're responsible for your account.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

Modifying device firmware can void your warranty, cause instability, or brick your device. All Modules and the Patcher are provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee any Module is safe, bug-free, or compatible with your device.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't use the Site to distribute malware, pirated software, or content you don't have rights to, and don't attempt to abuse or hack the Site or other users.

5. Third-Party Content

Modules may be hosted on third-party platforms like GitHub. We don't control or vouch for third-party content, even if labeled "Verified."

6. Intellectual Property

Mods Center owns the Site's branding and original content. Modules remain the property of their respective authors. Report IP concerns to [email protected].

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mods Center is not liable for any damages — including device damage or data loss — arising from your use of the Site, Modules, or Patcher.

8. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms, or suspend/remove access, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the update.
